1 General Terms

aq999 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and live gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms govern the relationship between aq999 and its users.

These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the English version will be considered applicable. However, aq999 always endeavours to assist Bengali-speaking members.

2 Account and Registration

To use services on aq999, you must create a valid account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

2.2 One person, one account

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If such a situation is detected, all accounts will be cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Account security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details confidential. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the aq999 support team immediately.

3 Age and Eligibility

Age verification is mandatory at registration. aq999 may request identity documents or other records for verification at any time. The following persons may not open an account at aq999:

• Anyone under 21 years of age
• Those whose accounts have previously been cancelled or suspended

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on aq999 are handled through mobile banking. The currently accepted payment methods are:

4.1 Deposit conditions

• Minimum deposit amount ৳300
• Only deposits from a mobile banking account registered in your own name are accepted
• Funds sent from an account in a third party's name will be rejected
• Once a deposit is completed, it is generally credited to your account within a few minutes

4.2 Withdrawal conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount ৳800
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours
• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals will not be approved if bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• aq999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious transactions

5 Bonuses and Promotions

aq999 offers a welcome bonus for new members. The current offer is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

5.1 Bonus eligibility conditions

• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once
• While a bonus is active, it cannot be declined in order to withdraw the deposit directly
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for playing
• aq999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited

5.2 VIP Cashback

The aq999 VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback on net losses applies weekly: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver, and up to 0.8% for Gold. For example, a Silver member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

6 Game Rules

Each game on aq999 has its own rules, which can be found in the respective game interface. Some general rules are listed below:

• Bets completed due to a technical error will be considered void
• If the outcome of a bet is determined while an internet connection is lost, that result will be considered final
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final
• Using software bots or automated methods for betting is prohibited

6.1 Sports betting

For sports betting, aq999 reserves the right to change odds. If an event is postponed or abandoned, the related bet will be cancelled and the staked amount will be refunded. For multi-bets, if one selection is cancelled, it will be removed from the odds and the remaining bet will remain active.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Fraudulent payments or chargeback attempts
• Registering using another person's identity or information
• Hacking game software or exploiting bugs
• Collaborative betting or ring-fencing (multiple members working together to harm others)
• Using automated betting software or bots
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity

8 Account Suspension and Closure

aq999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, particularly if:

• The information provided is found to be false or incomplete
• Any clause of the terms is violated
• The account is suspected of being linked to prohibited activities
• The member requests Self-Exclusion

8.1 Account closure at a member's request

If you wish to close your account yourself, contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Any remaining valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, but bonus balances will not be returned.

9 Limitation of Liability

The aq999 platform is operated on an "as-is" basis. aq999 bears no liability in the following circumstances:

• Games are interrupted due to internet connection issues or device faults
• Technical errors on the part of third-party game providers
• Account information is leaked due to the user's own negligence
• Services are disrupted due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances

However, if a member's valid balance is affected due to a technical error, aq999 will take appropriate action after verification. Such complaints can be submitted via live chat.
