Cricket and Sports Betting
Frequently asked questions on reading odds, determining bet outcomes and live betting. Find all types of international matches in the aq999 Sports Events section.
Decimal odds show your total return — including your original stake. For example: if Team A's odds are 2.50, a ৳1,000 bet returns ৳2,500 (profit ৳1,500 + original stake ৳1,000). Odds of 1.25 mean Team B is the favourite — a ৳1,000 bet returns ৳1,250 (profit of only ৳250). The higher the number, the less likely the outcome but the greater the profit. aq999 displays all odds in decimal format.
If a match is abandoned due to rain or any other reason and the result is declared "No Result", the bet placed on that event is generally considered void (cancelled) and the full stake is returned to your aq999 account. In a multi-bet, if one selection is void, it is removed and the odds are recalculated using the remaining selections.
Yes, aq999 offers live in-play betting. During a match, odds update with the outcome of each ball. However, odds change quickly in live betting — a stable internet connection and the ability to make fast decisions make in-play betting more effective. Live betting is available not only for cricket but also for football and other sports.
On aq999, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers international matches are all listed as separate events. Each match offers multiple markets including match winner, toss and top batter. Visit the aq999 cricket betting page for the full event list.
In a multi-bet, the decimal odds of each selection are multiplied together. For example: three selections with odds of 1.40 × 1.60 × 1.80 = 4.03 (approximately). On a ৳100 bet, if all selections win you receive ৳403. But if any one selection loses, the entire ৳100 is lost — in a multi-bet, all selections must win.
Deposits
How to deposit via Nagad, bKash and other mobile banking methods, and solutions to common issues.
Log in to aq999, go to the deposit section and select Nagad. Send money to the designated number via Nagad — the minimum amount is ৳300. Submit the transaction ID and the sending number correctly. Your aq999 account balance is usually updated within a few minutes. The same process applies for Rocket and Upay.
aq999 itself does not charge any extra fee on deposits. However, your mobile banking operator (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay) may deduct a standard Send Money charge as per that platform's own policy. It is worth checking your wallet's charge structure before making a deposit.
First, wait 5–10 minutes as there can sometimes be a network delay. If it is still not credited, confirm the transaction ID from your mobile banking app. Then contact aq999's 24/7 live chat with the transaction ID, amount and payment method — the support team will resolve it promptly.
First-time depositors have the opportunity to receive aq999's welcome bonus — 150% bonus, up to ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus, you must complete ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 in wagering. This bonus applies to deposits made via all approved methods including bKash.
The minimum deposit on aq999 is ৳300 — the same across all payment methods. Once you deposit ৳300, you can immediately start playing any game in aq999's slot games section. Many slots allow bets of just a few taka per spin, so it is possible to play for a long time even on a small budget.
Verification and Documents
Details on why account verification is required, the necessary documents and the importance of keeping your name consistent.
aq999 may request identity verification before your first withdrawal or after a certain volume of transactions. Verification may also be requested if unusual activity is detected on the account. The process also confirms that the user is 21 or older.
The verification process keeps user accounts secure and prevents unauthorised transactions. It ensures that only the genuine account owner can make withdrawals. Age verification also protects those under 21. This process applies to all users.
Yes, this is very important. The name registered on your aq999 account must exactly match the name on your bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay wallet. If the names do not match, your withdrawal may be held up. Use your correct name when registering and notify support if you need to change it later.
aq999 generally accepts a National ID (NID), passport or driving licence. The NID is the most readily available and is processed fastest. Clear photos of both sides of the document must be submitted. Blurry or damaged photos can delay the verification process, so take clear photos in good lighting.
Slot Games
Frequently asked questions on demo mode, choosing games to suit your budget, volatility and progressive jackpots.
Many slot games on aq999 offer a demo mode where you can learn the game using virtual credits with no risk. Winnings in demo mode cannot be withdrawn, but it is a good way to understand the game's mechanics, bonus triggers and paylines. Practising in demo mode before playing with real money is a sensible approach.
On a small budget, low-volatility slots are a practical choice — they pay out smaller wins more frequently, so your balance lasts longer. Games like Fortune Gems or Lucky Neko, for example, allow minimum bets per spin. If you want to aim for large jackpots, choose high-volatility games, but be prepared for long gaps between big wins.
Volatility, or variance, is a measure of a slot's risk. Low-volatility games pay out frequently but in smaller amounts. High-volatility games may go many spins without a win, then suddenly pay out a large amount. Mid-volatility offers an experience in between. You can check each game's details in aq999's slots section and choose according to your preference.
In a progressive jackpot, a small portion of each player's bet is added to a growing pool. The more people play, the larger the prize grows. When a specific combination hits, one lucky player wins the entire pool and the jackpot resets to zero and starts building again. The jackpot amount is not guaranteed to be won by any specific time.
VIP Program
Detailed information on aq999's three VIP tiers, tier upgrades, weekly cashback and VIP benefits. Learn more on the aq999 VIP page.
aq999 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% cashback per week. Silver members receive up to 0.5% and Gold members receive up to 0.8% cashback. Higher tiers also include priority support and special offers.
VIP tiers on aq999 are determined based on your regular play and deposits. The more active you are, the sooner you can move up. Once you meet the required threshold, aq999 will notify you of your tier upgrade. Activity in both the casino and sports sections is counted together.
Weekly cashback is a fixed percentage of your net losses for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. This is automatically credited to your aq999 account each week.
Gold is aq999's highest VIP tier. In addition to up to 0.8% weekly cashback, it includes a dedicated account manager, early access to special events and personalised offers. Support requests from Gold members are given priority.
Once weekly cashback is credited to your aq999 account, it is added as a regular balance. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 — once this is met, you can withdraw to bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
