How is weekly cashback calculated?
Cashback is calculated on your net loss for the week. That means your total losses for the week minus your total winnings — what remains is your net loss. You receive cashback on that amount at the percentage rate for your VIP tier.
Calculating cashback at aq999 is straightforward. If you are at the Silver tier and your net loss for the week is ৳20,000, you will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. That is the maximum weekly cashback for the Silver tier.
Example calculation (Silver tier)
1
Silver member, weekly net loss ৳20,000
2
Cashback rate: up to 0.5%
3
Calculation: ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100
৳100
Maximum cashback amount for that week
How do you move to a higher VIP tier?

In aq999's aq999 Casino section, you can play Baccarat, Roulette and Teen Patti from internationally recognised live studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi. As a VIP member, weekly cashback applies when you play these games as well.
Playing with a real dealer in live casino games is a completely different experience. Whatever the result of each bet — VIP cashback is calculated at the end of the week, so there is no need to track it separately.
Once you receive cashback, you can use it in any game — from Baccarat to slots and everywhere in between. Keep in mind, though, that cashback should never be a reason to play more.
